As spring approaches, we have prepared a special banquet meal featuring cherry sea bream.The red sea bream is caught in Kinko Bay, next to Art Hotel Kagoshima.It is said to be most delicious when the cherry blossoms are in bloom, and is also known as "sakura dai."At Japanese restaurant Minato, we offer luxurious kaiseki cuisine using cherry sea bream along with seasonal ingredients.Please enjoy each and every dish, such as Sakuradai sashimi and grilled dishes, which have been lovingly prepared by our chef.
