At Minato Japanese Restaurant, we purchase fresh Satsuma eels and prepare them in-house.
Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside
After filleting the eel, it is grilled once, then slowly steamed and grilled again to finish.
We use special grade A rice from Kagoshima Prefecture.
