An original menu with an assortment of Japanese Cuisine Minato's special ``Satsuma Wakaeel'' rolls, eel tama heavy miso soup, and pickled vegetables.

At Japanese Cuisine Minato, we purchase lively "Wakae eel from Satsuma" and prepare it in-house.

Crispy and fragrant on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside

After the eel is shredded and grilled, it is slowly steamed and then grilled again.

We use special A rice from Kagoshima Prefecture.
